The Courtyard Homeowners Association welcomes you to our neighborhood via the Internet. The Courtyard, located in northwest Austin, Texas, is a waterfront and tennis club community with access to Lake Austin and Bull Creek.
The Courtyard is managed by Goodwin & Company at the direction of the Homeowners Association’s Board of Directors.

Austin Resource Recovery (ARR) asks that customers place their bins at the curb no later than 5:30 a.m. on their scheduled collection day.
